No it wouldn't mate, times have changed, the team has changed since millwards last game, sure he'd probably bring back flowing rugby but the only thing that would happen is what happened at wigan, we'd be expecting miracles and instead get nothing except alot of controversy. I'd rather him just have his time in our history, 5 trophies in 5 years, thank-you Ian and good luck with the rest of your RL career!

Keep the Talau rumours to yourselves unless something is proven to be true. Thanks, Dan.

Gidley replaced Lyon, what a task and to be fair he aint done badly has he. Leave him and Gardner alone they are not the problem. As far as the coach goes I would reiterate an earlier thread Mcdermot of Quinns, he seems disciplined we at present dont, hes British I like that. And unlike Potter and Sharp he looks like a winner given the right resources.

Quins seem to be playing good rugby, with what you would consider a weaker squad. They are disciplined and work hard for each other, another Hanley style coach IMO; im not sure that is what we need though at the moment.

Been informed today that Murray has definitely been asked about the job.

Also Warrington have again offered what ever he wants to Edwards, Moran at the Edwards household for 3hrs this am trying to get his dad to talk him round. So once again it looks like Cullen is the next to go.

All a load of B&*&%$"s, i live 25 yds from him and he said last week, he wasn't too good. Any one who makes things up like that, want their balls chalking, dangerous talk. If you don't know whether it's true or not , don't post it.

good point...spreading rumours only causes aggravation for the club.If you know it to be true then that's a different matter imo.

I believe they mean Graham Murray.

If they also mean Shaun Edwards, Warrington will have to pay a ridiculous amount. He's happy in London and working for Wales.

I'd love Shaun Edwards at Saints. He's a great coach. Chances 1000/1 though.

I would offer Gidley a one year extension.

He is still performing to a high level and we need to have a smooth transition of the backline to the new generation.

Another 12 months will see Tyrer that bit stronger and better and Jamie Foster will start to come into the reckoning for a place in the side.

Talau needs to be replaced though.

I'll paint my knob green and run through town swinging it around my head while wailing woo hooo if Tyrer makes it as a regular Saints player.

I've been quite impressed with Jamie in the Reserves and Academy this year, he seems to have grown quite a bit and has a good attitude.
