Yes I gathered that bit it would be handy to know if its per match or an extra channel with a monthly charge.
I'm on a full package with Sky, phone broadband TV, I pay them a lot so it would grieve me to pay extra
It's the little details, would you need to be a Sky subscriber to get the streamed matches or can anyone stream them, would subscribers get a different price?
How long would streamed matches be available to watch and can they be downloaded
I can only assume they are hanging back on this info so it doesn't affect Season Ticket renewals.
It may not affect some fans but it I'd a consideration for some of us.
Is it not worth just getting one anyway?
Discount on a shirt, half price MW and bring a friend for a fiver can all be counted against the cost of missing a couple of games. I can't see that many being moved.
Obviously, that depends on if you buy a shirt, go to MW...and have any friends!![]()
It's not the cost really, as a grumpy old git I get a good discount.
I just think we're being manipulated a bit.
I dont like the way they've drip fed the info this week.
Announce Magic, then announce the first round, then announce the rest of the fixtures.
Then only a bit of info from Sky today
Perhaps they think it's a good marketing, I just think it's a nonsense.
Then again, as I said I'm a grumpy git![]()
Yes. I would prefer them to just announce it all in one go, but maybe they're all playing the IMG 'social media hit's' thing to get people using their sites more?
Was it like this last year?
It could be marketing. Build up the tension? Get fans talking about it all? Who knows!
...From one grumpy OG to another!![]()
" From what we understand, the new streaming platform will operate in a similar fashion to OurLeague. If the game they wish to watch isn’t chosen as an ‘exclusive’ live fixture and accordingly isn’t shown on Sky Sports’ main channels, supporters will be able to pay a fee to watch that specific game. If all games are to be televised in some way, shape or form. I really see no reason why they can't have all dates cast in stone until Round 25.
There's a 'sell' which Redvee also posted on Twitter that all game will be on TV, which is true. However, the small print means that only two will be on Sky and the chances are that others may well be 'pay per view' on the internet. I think the clubs need to push home that fact, because if people are hoodwinked into believing that they get all games in HD via Sky, it could well impact season ticket sales more.
I have to be honest, it's the quality of my seat and the company that I sit with that is keeping me buying a season ticket. I think if I was a terrace supporter, I wouldn't bother. Saturday and Sunday games don't appeal now for a variety of reasons, and I can see from the fixture list that I'm already going to miss four home games next season, and as many as six out of the thirteen is entirely feasible, and that's before potential moves.
I don't think there will be a hit in sales for next season, either at the TW or elsewhere, but I do shudder to think how season ticket sales are going to go over a three year period, especially with the amount of disillusionment with the game and how it's being run at the moment.

I’m the same with Sky and never for one minute did I think I would have to pay extra for live matches on Sky. Maybe that was naive of me.
Looking at the fixtures however I don’t think it will be much of an issue for me. I go to all home games with my season ticket so that won’t change. I tend to go to the majority of away games except if it’s a Yorkshire team away on a Thursday or Friday night. It looks like the first fixture to affect me would be Cas away in Round 11 (Leeds away on a Friday is always a “main” televised Sky fixture). I’m assuming that Catalan games will be available to watch on a Saturday.
