Question Play-off tickets - assign members?

    Hi,

Does anyone know how to assign another member to your order online?
It shows me my reserved seat but not my dad’s.
My dad is linked to my account and is set up to “i can ASSIGN tickets” for him.

When I select seats from map his seat is greyed out.

Does it have to be set to “MANAGE” tickets?

    Any help is much appreciated!
    Cheers

I've got a membership for me and a membership for my son (wife's email address) - don't know if you can register their account separately?

Don't know if you can do it that way..

Was surprisingly straightforward sorting a ticket, even if it's a pain to log out and log back in

I think "assigning" tickets is for example you can but two tickets on your account, and assign one to them if (i.e. not their usual season ticket) if that makes any sense?

I have had this with my daughters ticket. The website says to assign I must request the site to send an email to my daughter asking her to approve. She must then log onto their account to approve the request. If your dad doesn't have an account. he or you must set up an account for him. Hope this helps.

I had the same problem with myself and my wife who are both season ticket holders. We had to create a separate account so we could order tickets for our seats. I cannot see why you put a family member on your account and not be able to purchase their ticket at the same time.

I don't think it matters. It's just a name for the tickets up to a limit members are allowed. If you buy 4 tickets all in your membership name anyone can use them

I think the issue is that season ticket holders currently have their seats reserved for their own purchase

I thought it was surprising easy to buy my seat and add it to my card, looks like saints are well and truly into the 21st century.

( I will be worrying into next week wondering if the turnstile will accept my card)

I had the same thought, so have printed off the confirmation and order number so that I have some proof of purchasing the ticket.

No idea how this works. I can log in with my membership number and buy my own seat but my two sons aren’t linked. Their seats aren’t showing up as part of my account.

I’ve tried their membership number with my password but it doesn’t exist. I think I’ll need to phone the office or go there before Wednesday

I was at the ticket office this morning, there were a couple of fans explaining the same thing in the office, they dealt with it but took a couple of minutes longer than usual.

Thanks all for the replies, it has provided some clarity!

So it seems as though you need to change the settings to “manage” another linked members’ tickets instead of “assign”. And to do this you have to request it and approve it in the other members’ account.

I shall have a go later, although my dad doesn't know his password so should be interesting…
