Wellens has said in an interview with Mike Critchley that he expects 2 of the 3 to return. My guess is Bennison and Batchelor and they'll give LMS another week.

    Hopate 4-6 weeks confirmed.

LMS, Batchelor and Bennison could all return Sunday.
Hopoate could have played his last game if the Injury stretches past 6 weeks

Asked Siro at HT at the HKR game, he said that he's aiming for the Wakey game for a return but if he doesn't make that week he'll definately be back for the Leigh game.

    We could theoretically be at

    Welsby
    Makinson Hurrell Percival Bennison
    Lomax Dodd
    Delaney Roby Lees
    Sironen Batchelor
    Knowles

    Mbye Bell LMS Mata'utia

For the Wakefield game, which was unthinkable a few weeks ago.

If we can keep that side fit for the playoffs we have a good chance.

I really wish we’d have brought an experienced prop in on loan though from somewhere. Delaney will be a superstar no doubt but playing so many minutes and games isn’t good for a 19 year old at all.

Ideally he’d have had the off game here and there but we are in danger of harming him long-term IMO

If we can stop Cullen banning the pack that would be a great help.

I prefer to ask our back rowers to not hit players late without attempting a tackle!

Hurrell will miss the Castleford game on Friday. Be back for Wakey.

I would imagine Jonny Lomax asks that question to the ref every week. Similarly our back rowers need to ask Kenny-Dowall how he managed to escape a 2 match ban. The disciplinary are very Saints Selective.

It's a conspiracy to stop us.

But seriously with every game televised hopefully the hits on JL will be sorted.

And now Mickey Mac, despite his track record has had his one match ban overturned!

Lomax and Ritson between them probably take more head highs and late tackle then any two other players in a SL team

    Correct

But selective viewing means bans for Saints forwards, where others can literally target a Saints playmaker ( on a regular basis head high, Same with Ritson. No ban and only once mentioned in dispatches.

Thats more likely why they won the appeal, this guy Asiata is probably the most unsportmanlike character in our game, caused 4 knee injuries and milked 3 penalties of which 2 were yellow yards. He's long overdue for some comeuppance.

In that case, any ban for a tackle on Richie Myler should be overturned!

Which again begs the question as to why Cullen and his merry men can't see that? There are a lot of former players on that panel yet they consistently show absolutely no understanding of the game.

They might argue that they are trying to be consistent, but there must be some common sense shown too. If it is a panel, don't they discuss these things?
