I agree with all who say there is too much being made of Regan`s contract, he is injured and hamstrings are notably fickle to get right when they do not heal as predicted.
We do seem to have a few hamstring injuries with different players and body types since the season start, Alex, Sione, Will and Regan. Our staff are professional and will have already assessed what we have done differently in training to stay ahead of the rest in SL.
Most hamstrings are strained in training or in lifestyle, a sports seat in a car is a known factor, and go on game day. The "train like a dope and pull your bacon rope" is often true when scrutinised, lots of athletic coaches have their charges running clockwise and anticlockwise around the track due to the camber on the track causing one leg to sit slightly lower in the stride candence. Scully noted in his autobiography his hamstring then knee trouble and finally achilles was all caused on one side because his back had been gradually pulled out of line causing more pressure to one side.
I trust our staff to have made adjustments and we shall see fewer of these in the second half of this season.
I think since Percival and now Hopoate we're much more wary about rushing players back far too early
I guess that's why Grace isn't being risked just yet.
Grace isn't the type who would down tools

Tonight should be interesting. Last week was a step in the right direction but we’re still a far cry from being our best. Warrington seem to enjoy playing us especially when they’re underdogs.
We have young Davies and injured Lomax in the halves, they have internationals Williams and Widdop.
This should be a good game!!
screaming in the family corner, scaring the kiddies
Not keen on Davies continuing in a position where his performances are deteriorating by the game and it certainly wouldn’t be unfair to drop him. I get the need for continuity and the need for whoever we pair to gel but it hasn’t really worked so far. Happy to be proven wrong but I would have liked to see Bell have a go in the halves.

I think tonight more than other games will be the test for Davies. There’s no where to hide from Wire, just because of the intensity. He if offers nothing but making his tackles at best it’s the wrong move. Bell at least we know is a creative player. Right position or not the more creative players you can have on the field the better you will go.
Serves Warrington right for trying to hold the ball in the scrum and catch us offside.

Far too many basic errors here. Gifting Wire field position.

Think Woolf will be tearing them a new one at HT.
Great try at the end has glossed over a very sketchy half.
Paasi is getting better and better. Making a huge impact for us. Often used to be a drop off once Walmsley and Lees went off but between Paasi’s power and LMS’s energy we’re almost stepping up the intensity.

Pretty poor game from both of us, more so us with the penalty count and error count being ridiculous meaning neither have been in the ascendancy for too long. When either of us actually manages to finish a couple of sets, we both look dangerous. If we iron out the stupid errors, we should be fine.
Davies is too slow at distributing the ball and really killing us in attack and at end of sets.

Finally a kick chase comes up good for LMS.
Tidy up our discipline and we can put a decent score on these tonight.
I really hope Hopoate is the solution for us whem he slots in at 1 and Welsby at 7, as Davies definitely isn't the answer to the half back issue. He's a trier but he's never a half back in the memory of man. It's really impacting Welsby and Lomax's form as the ball isn't getting to them quick enough to do any damage.
Our play is slow and ponderous. Hopefully we can get through this game with the win and then sort the half back issue out as its a big problem for us.
Our defence as usual is excellent though and the reason we're winning this one.
