    Default Cas Away Tickets

Cas are selling tickets for their game against us on Wednesday June 30th on their website.

Obviously we're hoping for a bigger capacity but if you really want to go might be worth getting one now incase it's stuck at 3.7k.

I know other teams have had "away" fans in using these tickets.

Don't you have to get a PCR test and isolate for 10 days after going to West Yorkshire?

No, pretty sure Cas is a red zone so it’s a stay in a designated hotel costing £1750 (with which you could buy Cas Town Hall and have change to visit Diggerland).

The money will go towards Cas building a new stadium. They had a similar collection for the Spanish Flu in 1933, at which point the RFL had said they couldn’t play in the BARLA if they didn’t improve their facilities!!!

Cas v Hull is on the Sky Sports YouTube channel tonight as one of the free-to-air matches they're doing this year.

Hopefully anyone interested finds this here as it didn't seem to warrant it's own thread.

The tickets say "home' but they are E tickets and they are standing in the Railway End.

I went to the game last night as mate is a Hull fan. Hull had about 750 fans there behind the sticks, you can enter anywhere standing wise. Hopefully be plenty Saints there.

Am I right in thinking Cas can't sell 4000 tickets for a home game or am I missing something?

Away fans can only enter at the Railway End entrance it's at the bottom of the princess street stand entrance for any saints fans going to the game

Yeah it's weird isn't it? They used to get 6/7k in normal times so doesn't make any sense. It's about 3.7k they can't sell, must only have 2.5k ST holders or around that.

I think there’s only us, pies, wire, Leeds and Hull have over 4,000 ST holders.

Wire capped there's at 4k and started selling "half" season tickets from after June 21.

    So literally only 4 clubs.

Can't blame people really. Id like to think if Saints put STs back on sale if crowds increase they'd do another 2k easily enough if people were sure they could go to games.

I think just over 3,000 season tickets holders at Cas for the Leeds game they sold about 1,000 tickets making capacity 4,000 crowd

    Div,
Did you buy it through the Castleford club site? I can only see 'home standing' ones available.

Yes that's right just head down the side of the ground where the Princess Street entrance is and you will see at the bottom of the road a gate with stewards with the scaning machines just head down there save anybody walking into the ground and being sent back

They've cottoned on to all the Saints fans it appears.

When I looked yesterday you have to buy Catalan on it's own or Catalan and Saints as a bundle. Whether that'll change again who knows but if you got in before they did that then good work...

Tickets are now available again on the Cas site for this single game. Can only imagine they have been struggling to sell them.
