Just to mention it's based on the man of steel points not opinion, so big fish in small ponds will always do well.

I think top three on the system will be Sezer, McShane and Farrell for Man of Steel - you can rule Coote out now also

Definitely favours star players at small clubs where they have no competition for MOS points from week to week.

Also, a lot of big name players have missed plenty of matches due to injury /ban / covid this season.

McShane is a good hooker but nowhere near Roby and arguably Powell, Clarke and Haughton.

Gildart and Percival have missed a lot of matches this year and would probably be shoe-ins at centre.

Makinson has missed a lot of matches and Marshall was going well before injury but I can see why Handley got in.

Sezer is a fine player and being at the Giants is pretty much guaranteed to be their stand out player each week compared to players at bigger clubs with more star players.

Don't think Cooper and Tanginoa are particular stand out performers either.

I agree on McShane, good short kicking game but he got outclassed by Holmes against Huddersfield.

Cooper i can understand, there is a lack of stand out props in the league. He is been pretty good for Wire. Watts at Cas could have perhaps made it or a Salford or Huddersfield prop but neither team has done much.
I could agree with you but then we would both be wrong.

If Mcshane got a couple of points against Hull KR on the man of steel it'll probably be enough to be man of steel, in a team that finished outside the playoffs

French can't win it I don't think, and obviously Coote isn't even the highest scoring full back

I can 100% agree with Hanley, Sezer, Cooper and Farrell by position, the best hookers this season have been Powell and Roby.

Not sure how many games French has played at full back and would think Coote has quite a few more Man of the Match awards.
