No wonder Adrian Lam is hoping for a Hull win then, not that he should fear this Wire side either, that’s for us to potentially find the answer to. Bigger challenge would come from the other two teams involved.

The whole team of match commentators are dreadful. Rambling on about their past achievements trying to be funny. Suggesting Sneyd reefed the ball and Connors hand caught Austin’s eye when it was nowhere near it. Why didn’t they question whether Gelling was offside? He seemed to be waiting a long time for that cross field kick to reach him.

This is potentially a huge result for Saints. Warrington are the team I feared most in knockout rugby.

After last weeks performance I fear they shouldn’t be the only team.

So Hull are twenty minutes away from winning a game to put them in a grand final on their own ground after finishing 6th in a Top 5 (then Top 4) system. Only in RL!

Hull were harshly done to there with that ptb decision - Houghton was clean through.

Liam Moore picking and choosing when to throw that rule in again. Thankfully nothing came of it.

Absolute disgrace. I normally scoff at the idea of referees being corrupt but....

Given that I assume the GF venue was announced when Hull were probably out of the reckoning for a Top 4 play off place, I wonder if the powers that be are now getting worried about the possibility of Hull being in it. Not that I think they’ll get diddled with some dodgy calls.

Horrendous few minutes from him. Missed a blatant offside off Toby King then wrongly gave a penalty against Hull a few minutes later.

Arthur says the score remains 14-9 when it’s 19-14.

The easiest and most inconspicuous way to give Warrington a leg up would be some set restarts in the last 10 mins. Let's see...

Well we lost 5 minutes of our lives repeatedly looking at a ball hit the line with the touch judge looking over it! It's getting worse not better this.
It may be they didn't, as you say, think this was going to happen, but credit to Hull so far.
