Thankyou! Gray
Well, I’ve enjoyed Rugby League being back and think the sacrifices made by many to get the game going again would be a waste if we couldn’t finish the season, regardless of who wins it this year. There’s been some good games and some pretty bad ones but that’s how any Super League season goes. If Woolf manages to actually get us to beat a decent team and we win it, great, if we don’t, it’s not the end of the world all things considered.
I can only speak for myself but Super League has been a vital crutch for me this year. Having had Covid, lost relatives to Covid, gone through furlough, survived redundancy, seen my Mrs lose her job, wonder how we’ll pay the mortgage and having barely seen family all year, being able to switch off for a couple of hours to watch rugby, even when it’s been the likes of Wakefield or Hull KR, has been a god send.

Catalan have been cleared to play Salford on Monday so they will travel over here and then do we travel to play them on Thursday seems a a bit daft with what’s going on?
"The great fallacy is that the game is first and last about winning. It is nothing of the kind. The game is about glory, it is about doing things in style and with a flourish, about going out and beating the other lot, not waiting for them to die of boredom." Danny Blanchflower.
Might have been written by a footballer about football - but never a truer word............
With Leeds beating Wakefield today I can see the normal season ending & the play offs with be 5 places.
They might wait to see if Catalans lose against Salford on Monday and Saints on Thursday, Leeds would then go to 4th without playing another game, then they could pull the plug if they wanted to go top 4 play off.
It would suit us to pull the plug next weekend so that we don't play Hull and Warrington with a 3 day and a 4 day turnaround.
isn't it funny Leeds win a cup and how vocal they are again.
