Shame he didn’t get one last run out in front of the fans but been a pleasure to see him back in the RedVee over the last few months. All the best Jammer, one of the greats no doubt!

Forwards win games. The backs decide by how much.
I wonder if having no fans influenced his decision at all.
Debut in 2003 for Saints, many times as a young forward he did 80 hard minutes for Saints. He is one of those players who only come around every blue moon. A great forward and a great player who will belong in the ranks of our clubs greats.
Respect Jammer, you have done us proud.

Happy retirement , i remember going to watch the academy game that Wilkin made his Saints debut in to see what the new signing was like and when i got home i phoned my mate who i used to go to thjust e games with , i said " i have just seen a big sandy haired lad going knocking players away and scoring 2 tries i dont know what his name is but he is going to be a good un " thanks for the memories .
I first heard about Jammer when he was in the Academy and was made captain for England on the OZ tour, I saw some footage on him basically taking on the Aussies by himself. He dedicated his whole life to Rugby in those early years, I liked Woolf's comment when Jammer came back to the club, quote: "He's a Tough Bugger" and will soon be another Saints Legend in the locker.
Certainly deserves to sit at the top table of ex Saints when retirement finally comes. I wish him every success in the next chapter of his life.

I think he's done a good job since coming back. He's provided leadership that I think we were lacking. It would be great if he could go out with a title (even if it is in this weird season).
Shame that we couldn't see him play out his last few games in person but it is what it is. Fantastic player, one of my all time favourites. Hope he has a long and healthy retirement!!

Coaching staff material?
Bit worried over Jammer lately, almost every game on his return he has had some form of head injury. Just hope the man goes out with his final Swan song with a win next week............Legend of a Player
do we risk playing him in the final with his record of losing them?
Joking aside , he hasn't done much since his comeback but I don't think Woolf would dare leave him out.
Enjoy your Retirement Jammer you have put your heart your soul and especially your body on the line week in week out you can now have a good rest.
I was saying the same thing.
He's not on form is he at the moment and you would think there's a player that would probably be a better option..
But yeah, I wouldn't dare leave him out either
He has for sure. Its just even for this season he's not quite on it at the moment is what I'm saying
