It was the first time I’ve seen Eaves , looked very composed and much more self assured with the skill set to go with it . I think smith has been ok and still very early for both but Eaves has hit the ground running and a good choice for Friday

Fair enough, shame when they lose the option to compete for a place with so few chances left.

are all the games over the next 2 days being played at our place?

If they are , the pitch could be in a right mess by the time we play Wigan after all the rain that has fallen/ is forecast.

3 games at TWS. Wolves play Huddersfield at the HJ on Fri. As you say, by the time Saints play Wigan there will have been 2 games on the Thurs so the pitch will have taken some hammer. There should’ve been 4 games so some relief for the groundstaff.

Not that it matters much but I’m fairly certain it’s at Saints.

You're correct all 4 games are at the TWS.

I’m only going off the fixtures on Sky Sports web which says at the HJ so that must be wrong.

Paulo hardly did enough on Monday to warrant selection . As is he is leaving why select him now?

Paulo coming off the bench is giving Wigan a hell of a leg up when it comes to the 20-25 minute mark.

I've nothing better. I think I'd have rather seen Ashworth against those lot, at least he might thump someone.

Paulo is a weird one. Probably a (un)lucky combination of walmsley banned and batch/Smith having to sit out with head knocks
