    Default Rob Burrow

A year with MND is on BBC 2 tomorrow (Monday) at 7 p.m.

    Such a tragic story.

Not to be missed, one the nicest people I have ever met.

Watched the coverage on BBC news this morning, don't think I can watch it, too many sand storms around.

Watched it on BBC news today too. Balling my eyes out. My 3 Yr old just came up to me and hugged me asking if I was ok. Family and health is more important than anything. He broke our heart so many times at old Trafford. I always had huge respect for him as a player and total respect for the way he's dealing with his nightmare. Good luck Rob.

Putting club rivalries aside it is heart breaking to see how quickly this terrible illness has taken hold of Rob, he was a thorn in our side many a time but I always wished he'd played for us. Unfortunately my wife has a similar degenerative neurological disorder and it is terrible to watch her trying to do the simplest of tasks it is terribly upsetting seeing the frustration on her face.

Hopefully in future a cure can be found to halt this and other similar illnesses.
On the Back foot looking for the front one.

Just seen the interviews on BBC. Heartbreaking to see, but the little warrior is still positive in these dark days. A great player and clubman.

Not many of the Leeds players were not disliked over here, but he was one. Respected and feared, especially when he was coming on when we were tiring. Good luck to him and his family.
