Here's the detail for Alex Walmsley that resulted in NFA, save you looking for it.

Player makes attempt to tackle as opponent is still making forward progress. Player makes initial contact on thigh of opponent. Player demonstrates wrapping motion towards both legs whilst maintaining control of own bodyweight. Players grip allows limb of opponent to rotate in contact as other tackler rotates opponent in contact.

Was the elbow to head on Cootes that resulted in a pie getting 10 not deemed worth looking at by disciplinary board or was the sin binning seen as enough punishment?

When everyone (goons + dire} was jumping on the 6 game suspension band wagon I watched the replay and the tackle didn't look too bad as I thought he might have crashed into the lower leg first but the disciplinary have detailed the initial contact.

What is a worry is that we seem to be getting quite a lot of incidents of "Friendly Fire".

I’m glad common sense has prevailed. There was nothing wrong with the tackle as the contact was above the knee, but I had expected to see a ban purely because the player was injured in the tackle.

Just read that Melbourne Storm have been fined for time wasting last week by the NRL Judiciary.Players going down with cramp. Good job they weren’t at Wembley last year.

Pius the fact Sky showed 7 replays of the incident.

That is why it's called SKYPIE. Common sense outcome.

I see Savelio is ok to play tonight. Disciplinary tribunal overturned his ban. Not just Saints being favoured then!
