I'm sure the marketing people could do something with that.
Or it could be stuck on 19 wins in the Covid19 year.

Yes, but better than 12 wins and not won it for 12 years.

    Be careful phisherman:

This could be a failed 20th win on the 20th anniversary of getting a tonking by saints in a grand final. It's was also the 20th year before the turn of the century that you got relegated to the 2nd division.

It is, but quite a lot of the gaggle is easily rectified by banning phisher Rogues he's always derailing threads.

I have to agree. His only intention on here is to wind folk up. He’s the definition of an internet troll.

My only criticism of the mods/admin on here is that they continue to let him do it.

But, if no one responded to his bait, he would lose interest. The trouble is people bite every time. Banning him, gives him an agenda, ignoring him would probably see a decrease in his trolling.

Plus it's fun finding out about the 8 year old in Wigan that will be the next best thing, as he can play prop or full back, with a full array of passing ability, never missed a tackle and can kick goals from all over the pitch!!

Agreed. Thread has been tidied up. Fishing is only fun when you get a bite, so stop swimming towards the bait.

That said, whilst some consider it 'bantz', please cut out the references to convicted criminals when responding to Rogues. It isn't classy and it's downright abusive, and I doubt anyone on here would respond kindly to it if it was them being repeatedly prodded with it.

Give Rogues all the stick you want if you really wish to, but stay on the right side of the line please.

Just all put the boring barsteward on ignore

Id give dodd a shot as wigan have only 5 first teamers in. Drop lees as his form has been poor

    Coote
    Welsby
    Naiqama
    Simm
    Grace
    Lomax
    Dodd
    Walmsley
    Smith
    Graham
    Taia
    Bentley

Other option is to have fages on bench instead of roby if dodd doesnt perform

This is a free hit for Wigan looking at their squad we will have to be on top of our game.

I really worried when the sport restarted about finishing top 4. If we win tonight and win fairly well our goal difference you would hope will give us the edge over the other four in the mix.

I would look at resting James Graham, he looks jiggered.

He always looks like that, will probably rest him closer to the Grand Final Play Offs and will want to end his career with another Grand Final Ring.

I don’t blame Wigan for putting out a team of students, if I’m honest , I think the CC is worth more this yr than the ‘ average ‘ super league champs .

I’d be inclined to chuck in a few youngsters suck as Dodd and given him a run out for 80 mins .

Beating Wigan is vital but there won’t be any bragging rights tonight ( if we win) . It’s a bit of a non game in a non season .

It’s true that. Ever since he was a kid he’s always looked fit to drop after about 10 mins of play, but then just carries on regardless.

One thing I’ll say about the talk about our front row is that I think it’s been underestimated how important Makinson and Percival are in getting us moving forward early in the set. They are excellent at it, and our front row play of the back of that. Take them out of the team and the front row don’t get that flying start.

Obviously we’re going to have to make do without Percy but getting Makinson back next week will make a big difference. Let’s hope he keeps his hands off people’s balls.

I've just seen an interview with Harry Smith on Wigan t.v. and he more or less stated that there will be five debuts given tonight. Umyla Hanley, Sam Halsall ( i wonder who his dad will be cheering for ) Kai Pearce-Paul, Harry Rushton and Ben Kilner.
Jake Shorrocks will definitely play, he's had hamstring problems since lockdown.
