Barba looking for a super league move apparently. Was due to play for Valencia in a competition that might not take place now and had a release clause for professional rugby anyway. Despite all his issues still no criminal conviction so could probably be allowed to play. According to the article Castleford, Catalans, Leeds, Leigh, St Helens, Warrington and Wigan all have quota spots available though I’d probably rule out Saints and Wigan. If he does come back who do we reckon would take a punt on him? Bearing in mind he’d be on a fraction of what he was on for us, though Derek Beaumont might chuck marquee money at him.

Stinks of Leigh or Catalans.
St Helens Rugby League Football Club
Can’t see it being Wire, he well and truly burnt his bridges.
It's got Catalan Dragons written all over it
"The great fallacy is that the game is first and last about winning. It is nothing of the kind. The game is about glory, it is about doing things in style and with a flourish, about going out and beating the other lot, not waiting for them to die of boredom." Danny Blanchflower.
Might have been written by a footballer about football - but never a truer word............
Can see him going to Catalans if he was to return.
The only way he will be back at Saints is as an Opposing player.
Plus, weve got quality in Coote as shown by winning 2 grand finals because he wants to be here rather than just using us to see out his ban and as a stepping stone.
Degsy Beaumont may just go for this. I think Leigh need to make a statement and he may be it. The other utter ended up at Leigh after Cas. His name escapes me but he is at Donny now.
Some people think they know it all and others have the answer. Thanks Dave.
I'm not sure actually, both these are lifted off his wiki page.
On 15 April 2019, Inglis announced his immediate retirement from the NRL due to ongoing injury concerns.Seems to me like a mixture of both. I can't imagine signing for Warrington and living in the North West away from friends and family will do his MH much good although maybe a new challenge is what he needs. In June 2019, Inglis was diagnosed with a Bipolar II disorder, following another stint in rehabilitation for alcohol problems and depression. "To get that diagnosed made me understand things a lot clearer about myself," Inglis said. "When I was in a high, I would train the best, lift the best in the gym, be so good at everything I did. But when I was feeling down, I just shut down and before I knew it, just snap
On Barba, John Davidson on Twitter reports that he (Davidson) has spoken to the RFL today to clarify the position on Ben in response to the rumours. The RFL have stated that Barba would be refused a Visa for the UK so if SL is the option then it looks like Catalans can be his only destination.
