Wakey robbed. If Thaler hadn’t have awarded a try then there’s no way the video ref would have awarded it. Bobby was short of the line.

Why why why do Wigan have all Wigan commentators on there game. So far up Wigan’s backside. About time they got rid of some of the Wigan bias.

Happened again today. Ex Wigan players commentating on Wigan game so far up Wigan’s arse. John Wilkins so honest when commentating. Let’s have some fresh faces and kick the Wigan brigade out.

Definitely debatable. Robbed? No way. Wakefield their own worst enemy today. They lost the ball numerous times I wouldn't be surprised if their completion rate was 50-60 per cent. Also Gigot missed two kickable looking conversions which ultimately would have won them the game.

It’s like a free acid trip when Clarke first appears on screen each weekend.

Sky's coverage is so bad it's on par with the early Micron videos of the 80's.

You would at least think the commentator would know which player is which by now

Bill Arthur needs putting out of his misery. He can’t even get the players names right.

    Gets right on my nerves

O Connor I don't mind, Barrie Mac tries to be funny and uses stupid rhyming slang like "gets over and gets the Meat Pie" which just sounds ridiculous
I thought James Graham's commentery was far superior to anyone's quote or very similar there -------------' this lot , great stuff .

A highlight was Arthur asking if we will get to 50 points with 80 seconds left at 42 - 0.

Shocking mate... Phil Clark is like Russell Grant - plucks some random notion and spins it into a cast-iron judgement for how the game must end. Todays fortune cookie: ‘the team who has a quicker chase very often will win the game...’ No context, no deeper insight or anything. Just the type of off hand kitchen sink wisdom a senile old gran would throw at you when you asked for advice.

Absolutely dire, and he has been like this for years. The earlier commentator Pyke was slightly better, but he just has the voice of a darts commentator for me.

And then he went dumber by saying Saints won't get to 50 now as Coote was aligning up his conversion with 8 second left on the clock.

stuart pyke, in addition to being a director at saints in the 90's, was the voice of the saints hotline telephone information service.

Same here, although I tried to use the office phone whenever I could get away with it.

Just wondering whether he managed yesterday to get across to listeners that Lolohea’s previous game at Headingley was for Leeds who got rid of him after 17 games?
