Poor Regan Grace is like the invisible man and must get really p***** off as last 2 games didnt get any decent passes on the wing - Dodds just doesnt give him anything as prefers to cut inside. waste of great talent

Having now properly seen him in action I’m pretty sure that Lewis Dodd can pass to the left and right. I’m sure that Reagan Grace will get good service from him.
I’d like to see Reagan score another long distance try. Can this thread arrange that as well as a hat trick?
When I saw the thread title I thought it was about Rogues.
I think we have seen more of Percival and Matautia hitting the line on that edge a bit more and missing out Grace. We also don't have the miss out pass from Lomax and Coote, Coote is doing more of a grubber kick, Dodd is also doing a switch play which unfortunately all means less ball for Grace.
All-in-all those these factors aren't great considering he only signed for a year!
Hasn't Grace also made breaks that have set up tries for Dodd & Percival in the last few games. Someone must have given him the ball for them?
As long as we score down that edge I'll cope.
I think our beef with Grace is him not getting the ball from our 30 or so, we just never move the ball with any intent. It seems to be straightened up before it get to him. Maybe he needs to come inside when we do move it early. I've always thought that when Tommmy goes on one of his crossfield runs that someone should come back inside against the sliding defence, there must be an opportunity for Grace to use his footwork IF Tommy would pass it of course

We have played more attacking rugby since dodd came in ahead of fages but you are right we don't get the ball to either of our wingers often enough
Seems to me like the only job our 3/4s have been given in our 30 for an eternity is to take the next crash ball. Anything spectacular they have produced has been from picking up scraps from kick returns, interceptions etc. That was why one of the most heartening things for me about the Cats game was to see Welsby spinning it wide to Naiqama from deep a couple of times and giving him the chance to create something. Haven't yet seen Dodd do that on the left, but I'm sure it will come.
This aged well!
Forwards win games. The backs decide by how much.
