This isn't all his fault because there wasn't really a senior player around him. He was also christened as the successor to Kevin Sinfield which given the god like status the Leeds fans have given Sinfield, almost guaranteed Sutcliffe would fail.

The next step in his career is to go to a club like Wakefield or Salford and be allowed to take control of the team from 6 or 13. Then, if he succeeds he can then go back to a big club to take on this role. Similar to what Jordan Adbul has done at London.
This is how I see it too. When he burst on the seen, he looked a really good prospect- remember a game against St Helens when he played particularly well in the halves. Hasn't really happened for him since then and perhaps your suggestion for the next step in his career would be a good idea.

On Leeds, it will be interesting to see if their resurgence continues when the season resumes.

Yes it was decided at a Board meeting Friday. Agenda Item 1. Flushing bogs and hand sanitiser or Sutcliffe. One Board member thought they were signing Peter and another asked what a flushing bog is when it's at home.

Anyway the bogs lost so we are still p@@sing the carlsberg up the wall. Peter by the way is not the answer he is hopeless on the blind side for Broadmoor Vets.
