Would this have any implications for us?

As the investigation into him doesn’t concern Pauli’s move to us, I can’t see what implications there could be for Saints or his current contract with us. It may just mean Paulo needs a new agent as and when he comes to move on/negotiate another deal.

I don't think there are any implications for the clubs but I think the players are free to terminate their contracts with him and not pay him fees as a result.

It probably won’t change much as his registration has been taken away in the NRL, so as it stands, he’s still free to operate within Super League.

Would Super League clubs want to use a discredited agent .?

They seem happy enough to sign 'discredited' players!

Probably no difference, he will still come on for half a game trundling around.
