I decided to get on with painting the kitchen after Storm try.

She came back in a while later like " oh that other team have scored 20 points"

As i was putting the brush down she goes "theres only 4 seconds left"

Almost missed an epic come back

And we complain about the refereeing in super league. That was quite startlingly bad

Penrith must have wondered how on earth they went in so far behind on the scoreboard at half time, despite them dominating in the first half.

Some absolutely shocking calls from the officials today, the ref somewhat spoiled the game and to be fair the rub of the green definitely went Melbourne's way. You could argue that the Storm's big game experience helped them in the end.

Penrith will be back next year and I am sure they will be there or there abouts again.

Shocking officiating both on the field and from the bunker . Penrith were arguably the better team first have albeit Penriths 1st try was equally a refereeing howler . Shame really . Personally I don’t thinks Stoms big game experience was the factor here , they were slaughtered by the ref had they not they would have won. Glad I’m not a Penrith fan I’d be livid

That was my thought too. I can't stand the gobby little prick, I don't think he's as good as made out either.

Yeh the captains challenge has limited his whining to the refs. Shame they didn’t bring that rule in 10 years sooner.

Watch me how clever I am passing the ball, and listen when I tell you that your decision is wrong.

Missed the comeback as I’d switched off by that point. I’ve not liked Melbourne since they got caught cheating but to be on the end of such a one eyed refereeing performance and their players openly goading and laughing at the opposition I’d had enough. Shame for Penrith as by all accounts if the game had lasted another 5 minutes they’d have won it.
Forwards win games. The backs decide by how much.

There is no doubt that he is a brilliant player and much as it pains me to say it,he's better than Roby.

I disagree. Neither as good as Roby or Cunningham.

On a side note. It was nice to see the Jammer flag in the pre final parade of retiring players and Thompson looks a unit.

he is that good in fairness, his kicking game is superb , so is his passing , so is his defence and so is his leadership

don't think the officials were corrupt , penrith got a try that should have been cancelled and storm ended up with two in the bin

that intercept was the killer, 12 point swing there

penrith will be back , I think they'll get it done next year
