I agree it's an interesting concept. Glad Parra won but I think had The Bulldogs had another challenge then the Parra try would have been disallowed. From the kick the Parra "13" was in front of the kicker and made the tackle on the Bulldogs fullback who fumbled the ball. The referee only asked "the bunker" to check the position of the try scorer who was offside at the kick but not inside the 10 at the fumble.

I think it’s potentially a good idea but IMO it should only be used for try decisions, otherwise it’s just too arbitrary: the ref incorrectly blows for a high tackle and you can challenge; the ref misses a high tackle and you can’t.
