Why would i want to do that. It was good to see the aussie lady ruffle wilkin's feathers when she said 'that's the first time you've been nilled', i suppose he was hoping for the usual easy to any question's like 'don't you think you run your blood to water jon'.
I don't think he is the greatest by a long way, but someone on here pointed out that he topped Toronto's tackle count.

From a financial perspective, why shoot yourself in the foot when the heart will do. Though, i'm glad our players were not playing on plastic.

I don’t understand why they couldn’t have used Leigh Sports Village unless Warrington offered them a really good deal.

Does it matter? Were we going to get more because we'd gone to Leigh?

Probably not but who wants to put money in Warringtons pockets?

The question is what did Warrington offer that Saints couldn't with a bigger crowd and better media exposure?

The simpler simple solution would have been to play that game at Saints ground, then for Saints to play them twice in Canada.
It would have involved Saints in extra cost but Toronto seem to get decent crowds at home so the two clubs should have been able to come to an arrangement.

I mentioned Leigh because it is smaller and may have generated a better atmosphere with a smaller crowd. Unlike Widnes, I think it has a grass pitch.

You would think they'd have snatched their hands off. They are used to plastic, and it's well known that we have several players who we don't risk on those pitches.

Just noticed in the Rugby Express that the crowd was 4000 (est) that's a lot of away support predominately saints fans, probably similar to what we take that Dire mob anyway.

I suppose Toronto made the choice. Due to our relationship with Leigh, it probably would have suited us to go there.

That’s a bigger figure than I expected.I would have guessed two and half to 3 thousand.

You may have thrown his boots back to him, but I bet he wouldn't have caught 'em!
