Mose's wife has posted a photo and message on his Instagram page. Still smiling.

Aye, the missus showed me. Sad to see a fit bloke like that in such a state and if ever there was a reason to raise the salary cap it's this.

Would be a nice touch to sing his song on the 8th minute of the Salford game.

I see on the just giving page the collection at LMSs testimonial raised 2250, a great result, let's hope we raise even more as time goes on

Does this money go to the individual player and their families or into the larger RFL fund?

Betfred have increased the amount of the Donations they make for MoM winners , on televised games, to 500.

But rather it go to the charity of the players choice, 250 will now go to Rob Burrow and 250 to Mose.

This is a great effort by BetFred.

Wonder what Sonny Bill thinks of this? If he ever wins the BetFred MOTM award will he go on TV and accept it I wonder?

OMG didn't know Mose was as bad as he is. I thought it was like the injury Alex had but maybe slightly worse. He is struggling to move his fingers and no movement in his legs FFS

Hope you get well soon big man

Seems such a positive guy, hope it all goes well for him. Sounds positive in that there are signs of improvement, particularly with the arms, fingers and even flickers of feeling in the legs. Fingers crossed. I know in that situation I'd just be so grumpy, I'd ban everyone from the hospital and just be an absolute mess.

No right or wrong way to handle life changing illness or accidents, you just need to somehow come out the other side.

    Brilliant to see.
Cannot even imagine the mental challenges he’s been through so far whilst lying completely still in bed for weeks.

    Keep going Mose!

That's really encouraging - he looks to be moving his arms freely so let's hope the big fella astounds the medics and makes a full recovery.

A few weeks ago, I was fearing he was going to be close to paraplegic. That is such a relief he seems to be getting some proper movement back. A massively long road ahead for him, but he seems to have the mentality and the family/support to get him through.
