Likewise. He’s been brilliant these past few months, fair play to him.

My last post for a while , just to say that was a fantastic win , but just about Salford = they would have beat any other team in Superleague without a doubt , they gave us as good and more than any of the rest , credit to Salford, but our lads were FANTASTIC.
    cheers everyone.

Hi Roy. I don't go in 'The Men's Room' thread, but have just read through the last couple of pages. So sorry to hear about your illness and I wish you the very best. Hope to see you back posting at some point. Take care.

Does anyone know what the numbers on the back of some of the shirts during the warm up was about?

Also what was the final celebration song, it was not exactly a sing along classic?

Watched the GF back again last night, here are some of my thoughts...

    - When Fages took the tackle on the last early on, I did think "here we go again" with regards to our final plays, but realizing this was tactic to negate the shallow in-goals turned out to be a masterstroke.
    - I thought Naiqama was fantactic in defence. He took a bit of stick early on in the season, but he looked a totally different player at OT.
    - It was great to see how much the win meant to Coote and Naiqama at the end. If Coote can stay injury free, I reckon he will see out his career with us. Looked over the moon.
    - Thought Ashworth had a decent game to cap off what has been a tricky season for him. Offered a lot of (almost) controlled aggression, and hopefully he will kick on next season in Lee's absence.
    - Lomax and Fages were pretty quiet in attack again, although both were fantastic in defence. It's the one area I do think we lack in really - that additional nouse in the halves, but it seems to work balanced off Coote's long kicking game.
    - Going to be interesting to see what Woolfe brings to the table - I have read his teams have pretty damn good defence, so I really feel sorry for the rest of SL next season.
    - I agree with Holbrook - we should be playing the Roosters right now. Would be a much more interesting game than it will be come early 2020.
