Decided to go for swanky seats this year a few weeks ago as I was extremely confident we'd be there. Got a couple of seats right on the aisle overlooking the half way line about 25 rows back of the SAF stand from the RFL website.

taking it in turns to go to that offy for cans.

My mate has got our tickets in the NW corner, £40 jobs. We sat there in 2014 and it was a good spot so I'm happy with that.

Yeah, sat there a couple of times now for football and rugby. The bars underneath seem pretty good too for OT.

Are you allowed to take alcohol to your seats in Old Trafford? Trying to decide whether to drive or get a coach. Thanks

You can't take alcohol to your seats. They've stopped it

I don't think it was allowed last time as there was a woman near us that gave me and my mate a bottle of whiskey and coke. Good idea IMO as dickheads can't be trusted not to throw ale about. I'll probably take a hip flask to keep the laughing gear oiled.

And at OT the in goal areas are very small.
I have been in the Stretford end, and the SAF stand, but last year paid £80 for the Sir Bobby Charlton stand which was reasonable.
Which end have you been allocated, as the opponent isn’t known yet?
Fortunately it's no concern of yours.

Not keen on Sinclairs. Poor ale and rammed.

I shall be avoiding the massed throngs and visiting some decent ale houses.

    Enjoy!

Saints will be making a record 11th Grand Final appearance. Hey, we have even won a few.

Saints will be in the Saints' end. When you've been there as often as Saints they consider renaming the stand after you.

Where should the George park their coaches? Just that your lot have a tendency to throw bricks at them.

    Expensive car my backside
