Lots of us thought that about Hicks as well before Wembley.
I think we need to assume the refs will do us no favour and play to win regardless of their decisions. In a close game they can massively effect play and the end result can be in doubt- if we play to our capabilities we shouldn’t need to worry too much about the 50/50 decision or the blatant bad call!

Just a question, before they announce the squad,
Would you risk a full team for this game.
We don't need to win it.
I'm not suggesting a team full of youngsters but Roby and Lomax are crucial to us and bearing in mind our opponents history for sometimes taking out important players, and knowing that we will most likely face them at Old Trafford is it worth being a bit cagey.
I don't think Holbrook will do it but some of us have seen it before with Wigan.
Either way I hope we have Bentley on the bench so that if the game wrapped up we could take Robes off. He missed 2nd half at Hull because if a twinge from a groin strain, he has had plenty of time to rest it but until you put it to the test you can't tell.
Agreed. Although they’re in good form they haven’t been tested by anyone, having played lower level super league teams or out of form top teams in their recent winning run. They may take some solace from our Wembley loss but they know we have beaten them 3 times so far and despite our error count we remain the form team.

screaming in the family corner, scaring the kiddies
Holbrook seemed to welcome the week off given we have played 33 weeks back to back.
Wigan had quite a physical encounter last weekend.
Got to be get the job done first time if possible for me.
I actually like Kendal always gives what he sees no drama , and we will get 10 metres at the play the ball , jeez nearly said 10 yards then .
roy litherland it's happened i told you it would
Still 10 yards to me Roy. But it used to be a pint of mixed until 3 years ago. We will soon become like Nigel Wood useless and out in the long grass.
