According to Sky (and I've no reason to doubt them) the team finishing third gets an away play off game while the team finishing fourth is at home.
How is that a fair reflection of league standings?

So the mighty Wire finish 4th below Salford.
I'd love Cas to turn those lot over, can't see it as they've both been gash for weeks.
Ambivalent to next week re Wire. Cas are shot.
Would be happy to see them beat the Pies if they come across them.
Ultimately want to see them get a full on TV trousering from either Saints or Salford.
two home wins I reckon but think Salford should give Wigan a good run
Interesting that. Wigan turned Salford over twice when Wigan were quite retched. Salford are no mugs and I can see them really being up for it and the goons taking it lighter than say Wire. I as a Saints fan would like to think we would be at OT. Salford may just get there as well, stranger things have happened.
Cant see Cas doing anything. Not scoring enough points
Wigan will paste Salford. It'll be 40 plus
Obviously we can't second guess whats going to happen, but with this play off system if we get to Old Trafford it will be on the back of one or two hard games.
We will more than likely play Wigan in the first game, I'm sure that will be a tough game but if we win it we know to expect another tough game in the final against them.
If we lose it we'll have to get past one of the other qualifiers so either way we shouldn't be under-cooked or complacent for the final.
