Was it just me or did other people see the forlorn expression of Paulo at the end.
I did struggle to see what his role was in the Team during the Season.
Maybe he'll ask to be released from his Contract early.

Cringeworthy post, not needed don't spoil the moment.
Already covered in the main thread.
That is not called for!!!!!!!
Not being cringe worthy, just questioning his future after seeing his expression on his face.

Its a time for positives. Plenty of time for rubbish like this in close season. Enjoy the moment.
We've won our first championship in 5 years yet some "fans" are more interested in Paulo not smiling enough in a gamr he was probably gutted not to be playing in. Get a grip.

It's not a nice feeling for a player to be in that position. He'll feel he should have been playing. But he was on the field congratulating his teammates, not sure what more you want from him. It's always like this with players who aren't included in the finals.
Harsh comments on the OP. I expect they are as delighted as the rest of us. I noticed it too and he looked very different to the other lads who weren't playing ( Bentley etc) who looked genuinely delighted for the club.
must have been incredibly hard for him to watch and not be involved given he has come all this way to play for us. Maybe next season..
He was obviously gutted to not be picked in the final team, it’s been a difficult year for him.
I was watching an interview with Kyle Amor on forty20 tv and he said Holbrook stated he was right down the pecking order and kyle thought he was nearly ready for the door. This spurred him on to prove his worth and I think he has done. Been solid for us. I didn't see Paulo last night but I'm sure he'll be disappointed he didn't play. It'd be weird if he wasn't but he just needs to keep his head down, like Kyle and prove his worth. I did see Richardson was made up and Swift was eleated. Kept pointing towards his saints badge on his top. It's more than a 17 (19). Its a family and I'm sure everyone was happy.
