He's from Mount Isa. I've been there. He will think St Helens is mining mecca.

I endured the pain of watching the game back on Sunday and even put myself through the whole BBC build up pre game.

The feature they did with Holbrook and Price was very interesting. It seemed JH was an extremely nice bloke but seemed a bit behind SP in terms of having a bit about him.

They talked about growing up together and Holbrook recalled Price always coming up with set moves and gameplans. He also mentioned Price doing anything to win which I thought was very telling.

However, had we won the game I may not have been looking at anything like that so my judgement could be a little clouded!

Just wondering when the "he's going home , he's coming home" chants will start . I welcome the lad but would have preffered someone on the shortlist to be perfectly honest , and the FINAL shortlist of 2 I believe which included a bloke 20 miles away , I can't say I'm not disappointed , but hey ho the club didn't do a bad job last time ,

In truth we will not know what he will do for Saints until he’s up and running. He’s been appointed and we need to wait and see. If I was cynical I could say he fits well into Saints as reading his history he’s been to a few finals and semis with various clubs (youth etc) but not won much.
But back to serious... I’m not wasting energy speculating as it won’t change anything. I will support him and just hope it works out.

I wonder what "hilarious" pun the Warrington media cranks will come up with.

Eloquently said by a fan from a club that’s not won a league championship for 64 years... and counting. Year of the ‘Wolfs’

Best of luck to him. Fingers crossed he gets some luck on the injury front next year.

Two good videos on YouTube of him, one with a lot of his ball carries on. I know highlight videos can be misleading but if he seems to run the ball in really hard. If he’s got the fitness and drive to do that every set he’d be a good addition to our pack. Big hitter in D as well.
Forwards win games. The backs decide by how much.

Hey Simple Jack, If the 11th most successful team in Rugby League played better footie, a big club or someone from NRL might come for your coach.

I think you’re pretty safe though.
