Love it should give it to us next week at Wire and celebrate well in front of there fans
I'd rather us not take the •••• to be honest. Hub cap is nice but means nothing if we get beat a few weeks later. Just be good winners, celebrate if we win the real pots. Not saying don't applaud it just don't get ahead of ourselves. The game has a funny way of twisting and turning. I wouldn't be worried if I was a wire fan just yet, after this weekend things don't look great with them on an injury/form front but things can change quickly in sport.
Think we'll be proud and celebrating anyway given our efforts over the season so far - but will also be more focussed than ever about what's ahead given last season. Not sure what kind of team we'll put out either given the LLS is now wrapped up and will have one eye on protecting players for the repeat match against wire at wembley.
Awesome!!
One down, 2 to play for!

It hasn’t been our sport for over 20 years, the playoff system is the route we went down and we have stuck with it. For me, I don’t mind it. Yes it doesn’t necessarily reward consistency all year (although his years format goes some way to restoring that) but we are not football or rugby union and for me it’s still the way to go.
As for magic weekend, I’ve never been a fan but our sport has limited exposure and this event does that to potential sponsors etc. Even our ‘gimmicky’ Australian friends have copied it.
If you ever needed an indication of the esteem this trophy is held in, the Sky coverage of today's game should do the trick. Not a single mention of the fact that one of the season's three trophies was at stake.
Fully agree, this is a strange ending to a season, not sure I've ever seen a team win a league in any sport and not warrant a mention. For me, Sky's coverage recently has been appalling, it seems like they abandoned the race for the LLS a while ago. Instead we've been treated to the battle against relegation but all this does is showcase a succession of poor teams showing why they are where they are. The Wigan V Hull match on Thursday was pretty good, other than that.... rubbish. I would suggest that in order to promote the game, perhaps don't concentrate on clubs that struggle to play it to a reasonable standard.
