Wire understand to ticketing system and the excitement of trying to get seats is passed us, I can except Saints fan will be eager because it is an exciting period for you.

A combination of all these will give us a slow start...but like you guys well be there in numbers and its likely to be a big crowd.
Not that you’re panicking or anything.

Stupid question maybe but due to faffing around waiting for decisions I am only booking my tickets today through the saints sitr. When I select best available (3 ti ckets) it seems to allocate me seats 1,1,1. It doesn't give me an actual number. Is this normal or is this telling me I have 3 seats not placed together?

I would imagine the numbers will be fairly equal in the end. Hopefully it will push past 70k and beyond and spark some life back into the cup

BTW who remembers fans camping out on the training pitch at KR back in the day? Far cry from these days of ordering from your phone!

I didn’t book through the Saints website for this exact reason Barry.
If you look on the rfl website there aren’t many places at all left where you can get a number of seats together, well there wasn’t on Monday night when I got mine.

Selected my seats through the rfl website to be sure.

Don't believe everything you see on the RFL website. I tried to book four tickets together last night and the only place I could find at my price was just above the ring of indifference on the side opposite the entrance (except for the very top tier which I will never sit in again after experiencing it in 2008!). However, something went wrong when I was booking and I had no idea whether I had booked the seats or paid for them twice or what so I called the RFL today. Turns out someone else had snuck in and booked them as I was faffing around but I got much better seats (or better for the children I'm taking) 30 rows up from the front for the same price, four together, in a block that on the website says sold out.

I ordered 7 Cat 4 tickets via the What If form and put a small note on there that I didn’t want them too low down.

Arrived today in block 132 in row 33. Absolutely perfect location for what we wanted and very simple and straightforward service.

Let's hope some of these newly found Saints fans turn up on Friday and for what's left of the season. Somehow doubt it.

Haha. I bought tickets for the Warrington game today for example and it said 1,1 on there too. It’s a standard thing.

Exact same block and row as me Giraffe. I'll bring sandwiches, you bring crisps and sausage rolls.

Mancunian Saint - how about Belle Vue Rangers as a Manchester professional rugby league team?

We've also got the only other team that will be supporting Saints on the day in Widnes in our end..

Most of the other neutrals will be supporting wire

I’m not so sure on the neutrals. Warrington aren’t popular with everyone. I’ve even got one or two Wigan supporting mates who have said they’d rather us win it.

Not so sure...when Widnes went through difficulties, it was Doc Marwan, Simon Moran and Warrington Wolves and most importantly the Widnes public that helped out. Widnes folk dont have short memories.

Yes this is true. There are blocks that will show sold out on the rfl site but this is because these sales are solely controlled by that allocated club or by ticket selling companies like See tickets.
Some blocks you also can't click on as these are not released for sale just yet.
We know this at Warrington now...there's no point in urgency buying.
