    In case anybody is remotely interested, the RFL have released a list of overseas players for every league club.

    If he is under 21 then he should not be included on the Non Federation Trained players list

    Federation Trained means he has completed 3 full years at a federation club, if he came over at 16, that wouldn’t hold true

    No there is a thing called Academy juniors, they are also exempt from the Federation trained quota
