    Default Where’s Rogues Gallery?

I thought he’d be on here bragging about thrashing London. Not like him to resist.

    Hang on.......

Perhaps Brian can post that link again to Wigan’s replay website. It seems I might like to have a watch after all........

Excerpt from the WiganToday match report

“This was the Warriors' fourth defeat in five matches but it will raise more eyebrows than any of the others.

    They were awful.

Adrian Lam said they couldn't get out of second-gear against Hull FC a week ago.
Today? They stalled on the driveway.”

Be on soon telling us how good wigans academy is, and there's a lad in the under 9s to keep an eye on.

It’s not on there yet I’m afraid. To be fair it’s been a great week for comedy! Alan Partridge returns, “only fools and horses” re-run of ‘the jolly boys outing’ on Gold (my favourite episode) and now Wigan’s early season implosion!

The danger is, of course, that they will get Wane back. Here’s hoping that he prospers in RU.

Zero chance of that involving Wigan. They are not in a false position in the table. They will go right back to basics over the next few months no doubt and win more, but their battle this season is finishing ahead of the likes of Huddersfield, Salford and Catalans, it won't be competing in the top 4. No way are they good enough to challenge Saints, Warrington, Cas or Wakefield. They just don't have the quality and it's perhaps the most unbalanced squad I've ever seen. They've got 4 world class wingers and two left sided second rowers but no one to play on the right. Their halves are terrible and their hooker is perhaps the worst 9 in Super League. And that's before Zac goes on a bender.

    I'm here.

I couldn't go yesterday as it was my eldest daughters birthday (a big one) and we were going out for a meal. I listened to most of the game on Radio Manchester, something I rarely do, thank goodness as the commentary was frustrating. In one instance for example Wigan got a turnover 10 metres from their own line, the commentator then waffled on about nothing to do with game and came back in with Wigan putting an attacking kick in 15 metres from the London line!!

It sounded as though Wigan controlled the first 25 minutes but then made lots of errors and gave away far too many penalties. I've seen the Dixon try, Escare had only to catch the ball and put it over the line, instead he dropped it, Dixon picked it up and went the length.

Bottom of the table clash on Friday live on Sky, be sure to tune in.
    The game is now

Lam is talking like Wane now. 30 points? Like the grand final?

"We talked about London and making sure we had respect for them and we had all week, and we had it at the start. "We started the best we have done, we got off to a flyer but in the last 15 minutes we collapsed, we didn't execute well when we had enough ball to be up by 30 points."

His ‘intolerance of drugs’ may have got the better of him.
