Club looks terrified every time he takes the ball up. Definition of a flat track bully that yard dog!

Gildart and Leuluai are doing their best to give Wigan no chance. Gildart has to be one of the most overrated players in Super League, his defence is shocking.

He’s not in Percival’s league, decent player but not international standard

Roosters look absolutely goosed - if I might be forgiven for mixing my bird metaphors

One noticeable aspect is Wigan’s attempt at milking penalties at every opportunity compared to the Roosters who are just trying to get on with the game as quickly as possible

Only been following this in brief catch-ups, but severely pee'd off the Roosters are making a bollox of this.

Had a fair bit on them to win giving the scum a 12 point start. Thought it was cash in the bag.

I keep seeing 'penalty to w*gan'; can anyone following tell me if it's a major penalty count in favour of the arseholes? And have they been justified, or is it a case of the ref trying to keep things close?

Ah well, just another reason - as if one were needed - to despise and wish a thousand ills on the inbred, retard-sounding, 6-fingered cockdribbles.

Thought Roosters weren’t at their best but generally comfortable, Wigan had a good go but didn’t cause too many problems on their line

The thing is The Roosters will get much better. Wigan gave it their best shot and had them on the rack half way through the second half.

Noticed in the Wigan attack 10 mins ago that Hicks gave another 6 when the ball was thrown back out of the tackle and hit the head of the tackler!!

Spot on Buddy. It was brilliant to see Wigan bullied all over the park. They were completely schooled out there. A team in its first game of the season, thousands of miles from home, obviously undercooked, taught the Crust Munchers how to play. Wigan tried every low underhand trick in the book (that'll make 'em perennial cheats, wont it?), only to find their opponents were better at it! A pretty humiliating spectacle if I'm honest. The scoreboard didn't reflect the dominance of The Roosters. That second Wigan try was pure comedy, what a fluke! Oh well, at least they won't have to find room for another star on their jersey, maybe they should find some stars to put IN those jerseys! An all round great end to the weekend.

Roosters knackered after 55 minutes and still looked generally comfortable throughout. They also blew a couple of chances and some good field position by playing exhibition football.

Can't help but think that a match fit Roosters would have put 40+ with relative ease. They allowed Wigan to keep the game close.

Scored off the penalty that followed as well.

What we had here was one team wanting to play rugby and one team wanting to extract everything they could from the ‘grey areas’ (i.e. cheat).

At one point when Marshall broke though he was tackled, the Rooster’s player just got up and took the marker position, whilst Marshall was break Dancing and claiming a penalty- complete cheating.

Trent Robinson analysis was a brilliant piece, a truly world class coach who is great for the game.

If he would have stayed at Catalans maybe they would have won a GF by now

Trouble is Bostik, they get the "rub of the green" and the penalty in SL, so why would they play any differently? For once the officials stood up to the Wigan crowd and professsional cheats, nice to see, would be even nicer to see them be so resolute in SL! Crust Muncher wingers are always flopping about like semi gutted fish trying to milk (cheat) penalties. And as for Sam Powell, he's surely the new Ratboy?

What annoys me is that refs just say “no, get on with it” when there’s an attempt to milk a penalty. If they’re saying that they are basically acknowledging an effort to cheat has been made. Should be a yellow card, even football does that for blatant cheating
