Last post August 2021. Would it be wrong to unstick this?
Not wrong... perhaps we can look at it another way. How could we revive it and find a way to make the space useful and valuable again?
Obviously men's issues haven't gone away since August 2021 - if anything are worse.
Maybe a forum sticky is not the answer - and something else could be more meaningful - though surely this thread isn't a bad thing and could be a useful lifeline for someone?
Even if that's one person - that's a good thing. Maybe keep it for now - until a better idea comes up?
Let’s put it this way, I am sat here right now feeling I might be close to needing a page like this
It's not doing any harm even if it goes large periods without activity. Let's leave it just in case.
I never realised this thread was about supporting men. I thought it was where we could talk about our sweet mullets, moan about the pratt boss at work, Jimmy the •••• fizzle who woke up in a random shed last Sunday after a heavy night, Ian who works 50 hours a week just so his kids can have everything under Gods sun without even a thanks or a hug in return.
Can someone even explain to me what a man is in 2023. It’s getting harder to even define a man with the establishment and medias never ending attempt to belittle any blokes contribution to pretty much everything these days. Then they try to mitigate their contribution to mans demise by saying ‘please talk about your issues’.

Not sure where to place this, but fantastic pod by the lads over at LooseForward with Phil Veivers. A great hour talking about his time at Saints and elsewhere, and his struggles with mental health and the work he now does.
