Sounds promising. Just seems ludicrous that warrington would want to get involved with Gidley, Ratchford and Russell all playing full back for them. Are they seriously in the mix? Hopefully this is where Justin will earn his corn

Previously it has been stated that this was not the case. Whilst I wouldn't have a problem with the RFL enforcing a ban for drug usage, I do think that they just make rules up as they go along.
The ban isn't being imposed by WADA it was an NRL disciplinary decision based on their rules.
Warrington are apparently going to butcher their squad this season. They have about 12 players coming off contract including Gidley and Sims and both are expected to go. Ratchford is another that has been rumoured to be leaving them, linked with us recently too. He could easily move to 6 or centre for them as well and would improve them in either spot.
My money would be on Barba to Catalans or Warrington.
Would imagine this was always to be the case. Balls in Jonnys court now, less money to get his career back on track where he is or move on and hope his luck changes whilst still earning the coin.
Rugby is a short career so for me, with Saints hat off take the money. With Saints hat on accept a reduced deal and stay on.
Huge decision for the club & player really
Decision on Saints or Wolves in next few days?

Seems to be a bit of hedging their bets from some of the online reporters

This one says Saints, Wire, Rugby Union or the NRL!

The article references an RFL source who says any NRL ban would be upheld in super league for any signing. They're discussing Tim Simona but mention Barba as an example of someone who's ban would count. Now if the RFL were more interested in getting a marquee signing playing in their league I'm sure they could get round it but that's a decision to be made if Barba actually signs anywhere.
Forwards win games. The backs decide by how much.
Just listening to Sky commentary and apparently it's between us and Warrington for his services. It's safe to say he'll be going to wire then, they have a salary cap like Paul Daniels hat.
He is at Magic too
