I did comment on the other thread it wouldn't surprise me to see McDonnell in there. I can see Lomax having a breather this week.

In a way, I'm glad that Percival hasn't been named. No need to risk him yet, particularly on a plastic pitch that a lot of players don't seem to like. However, I hope that he is fit and that he'll be ready for the semi-final.

Actual expected a couple of guys to be rested from the squad and a couple young guys to sit in.
Not sure if KC will pick a team depending on tonight's result. Sitting above Wigan is always good for your CV.
But as BYG has said should rest at least JL. Also can see Fages getting a shout.
Humans are more concerned with having than being.

If anyone needs a rest it's got to be this week. Can't afford to have a stutter the week before the semi. The final placings will take care of themselves

McDonnell for Lomax and Fages in there at least on the bench to rest Roby or Walsh, or maybe even starting and leaving one of them out altogether.

I wouldn't risk Lomax or Walsh on that pitch, especially after losing Makinson for the year on it on Easter Monday. The decision again to only have only one proper hooker in the entire squad proving ridiculous as we continue to flog Roby for 80 mins every week.

    For me

    McDonnell
    Owens
    Peyroux
    Fleming
    Swift
    Turner
    Fages
    Walmsley
    Roby
    Richards
    LMS
    Greenwood
    Wilkin

    Knowles
    Thompson
    Amor
    Vea

    That'd do for me.

And don't worry, Tommy Lee will be playing away at Widnes for us next season.

Given last nights result i would 100% rest the key players for the next 2 games especially on this pitch.
I would be happier finishing 4th and playing the winners of wire v hull after they beat each other up (and hopefully lots of injuries and knocks) going all out for the hub cap.

Don't think he will rest Roby, he'll likely spell him with Knowles when the time is right.
