To accommodate the undroppable Wilkin of course.

It has to be said Peyroux is having an absolute nightmare defensively already.

Watch Peyroux. Hasn't got a bloody clue defensively. Heart in mouth stuff whenever they go near him (and they're going at him over and over again).

Peyroux is simply not good enough for our club and shame on whoever signed him. He makes Josh Jones look like Newlove.

So Walmsley didn't give away one for being offside that led to their try?

If we'd started with the forwards on now Cas wouldn't have even been in the game

Richards is garbage. Couldn't break his way out of a wet paper bag never mind break a tackle.
Kyle and Thommo impressive so far, and Knowles.

    I agree.

I'm beginning to get a bit frustrated with how we are using our backrow in particular. Greenwood is on the wrong side, Knowles is probably performing the best of them all and is on the bench and then LMS and Wilkin seem to be swapping from left 2nd row to loose forward every 2 mins.

The insistence on picking Wilkin is holding us back in a way and keeping us from picking players in their correct positions. Unfortunately the club see him as an automatic pick in the 13 and we have to pick the team around that.

Two sides to the Wilkin argument today

+ve- key role in two tries
    -ve- penalties

At least we haven't got the knock-ons from last week.

Our pack has dominated. Knowles and Thompson won't get in the England squad, but neither would look out of place in it. Greenwood needs to be on the left to prove he's capable too. Walsh's short passing game is as good as I've seen for Saints.

Peyroux concerns me. If Percival gets fit (anyone know the news on that?) he'd be the one to drop out for me. Fleming looks solid in defence and works hard.

Looking forward to all the Powell lovers explain yet another tonking at the hands of Cunningham away. No doubt injuries will be the excuse.........again.

Play pretty stuff, easy on the eye but never really threaten anyone because they can never defend.

I'm sorry I don't buy the key role thing at all. He's just in Wash's way imo

Let's see if you get the same hammering I got. Fleming is capable of being a long term centre doing precisely what he does. Sadly, he'll be binned off within 18 months because we've got someone with an accent.

Well one was off his kick after Walsh got closed down. Pretty key. Other was his try assist offload from Walsh pass. In both cases Walsh utilised Wilkin to help score the try. Not sure how Wilkin didn't play a key role in either.

See, I'm still happy with Morgan. With Percival injury record Fleming will get plenty of games regardless. Not signing Morgan would lead to Peyroux playing more games in the centres next season, which I'm sure you don't want!

Well it's 0-1 at the moment with you losing Moores.

Karma's a bitch, enjoy watching us in the semi's. Again.

Is it a key role to stand and pass?
