Christ I tried watching the clip but got fed up after Balou scored a hat-trick and two apiece for Gardner and Long without York touching the ball each players try was exactly the same as their first, well drilled attack that.

Very good draw for us in that Leeds and Wigan have both effectively got an extra super league match each!

In reality, it was the last draw either team probably wanted.
Wow....doomed and gloom...in the mould of the current Saints supporter...
“It's been 31 years, since 1974, we last won a major (trophy and) Andrew Johns and Natty (Nathan Wood), our two oldest players were born in 1974 so it's a little bit spooky,”

There is a common trait in teams at this point in the season that they seem to sit back and wait for somebody to win the game for them. And we had too many of our players waiting for someone to win the game.”

We need to take into account that we will have been in Perpignan the Saturday before and have a trip to Hull the Friday after. While I like Sunday games, I think I'd rather opt for Friday and give us as big a rest as possible before Hull, even though we'll probably rest a few for the cup tie.

York are a very well drilled side. I actually think this is a really tough draw for us.

I just hope we can pull a win out of the bag, although Im nervous as you would expect.

    Another tough assignment.

They've got some quality all over the park and could punish us if we don't give 100%

Definitely a potential banana skin for us.

    Some crackpots on this forum.

York are currently 6th in the Kingstone Press League 1, one place above Coventry Bears and just below Newcastle Thunder. They played a friendly at Hull in January and lost 62-0.

We could send 10 men out and win at a canter. Send a first team out and we may put a tonne up.

Yeah, they've beaten both Oxford and Leigh Miners already and away from home too!

I think it will be closer than you think, Saints by 4. If and ONLY if Walsh plays.

I think you slightly got mixed up there - Saints by 4 if only Walsh plays.

Last time I watched York at Langtree black brook almost beat them, brilliant game, but I think we are fairly safe

    I hope so.

Either way, he/she reeled me in big time.

The worrying aspect is that I genuinely felt they were serious.

    Don't worry yourself, I shan't.

At least now I know you're a wind up. There genuinely is a motive behind the madness in your case.

Great opportunity for us to give players carrying a knock a week off. Plus we're due an easier home tie after drawing Leeds, Huddersfield, Hull KR and Wigan all away in our last 4 ties!
