Fantastic hit. Give Brooks credit though he got up and laughed.

nope it was worse than Green on burns in my opinion. If it was on one of our boys you would be the first to squeal foul.

You should join the ref's brigade....equally as useless.

Wasn't late, wasn't a shoulder and wasn't high. Not really sure what could be foul play to be honest

He hit him too hard, you have to shake hands and slowly lower them to the ground.

Are you a referee in real life? Given that the player did not pass the ball but was dropping it to his foot when Soliola hit him, I cannot understand what was late about the challenge.

He is either being ironic or plain stupid...

a good hit is defined by the split opinion. therefore that was a superb hit. i'd be moaning if he did that against our team but backing him if he dished that out for us

No it's not its either legal or not, that was legal, only opinion that matters is the referee

    Well that's your opinion

My apologies for upsetting you all but within the current laws of the game that is a foul tackle. It was just a charge at the player. Not saying I don't like it ,but had the player been hurt, Sia would have been in big trouble. He was lucky that the scrum half got up and laughed.

No genuine attempt to tackle and get his arms around the player so it must have been a foul challenge.

Don't like to see it done on any of our players and never liked it when Sia did it for us.

Looks like a few of you might need some scans.

As clear a shoulder charge to the head you will ever see. No attempt to even raise his arms.

Watched it again and it's definitely borderline. The dropping of the ball gives Sia the benefit of the doubt. . . I think.

I'm sorry it wasn't borderline at all.

It was perfectly timed and watch his right arm it's around the mid-riff of the SH and no contact with the head.

    Quality tackle.

Does that adage still apply if the referee is James Child?
