    Default Barrie's young stars!

Anyone seen this on sky sports news app? Barry Mac has named his 1-13 of players he thinks will break through this year!
Only the one saints player Dave Hewitt. Thought Thompson and savellio should be there!

    The team is:

    1) Ashton golding (Leeds)
    2) Callum Lancaster (Hull fc)
    3) Oliver Gildart (wigan)
    4) jack Johnson (wire)
    5) Ash Robson (cas)

    6) Dave Hewitt (saints)
    7) jake shorrocks (wigan)

    8) jay chapelow (widnes)
    9) Morgan smith (wire)
    10) Tyler dickinson (Huddersfield)
    11) ryan lannon (Salford)
    12) jansin turgut (Hull fc)
    13) Jordan Lilley (Leeds)

Not heard of or seen many of those to be fair!

Wire centre Johnson is good (got lots of options there though so may struggle for game time)

Callum Lancaster broke through last year at Hull so maybe he had no one else to throw in from the wings.

I'd say Thompson especially has already broken through with the amount of games he played and the GF, Richards likewise

Savelio has already broken through in theory with 3 appearances last year. No doubt would have more but for injury.

Hewitt & Ole Davies most likely this year for us

Not sure that davies or hewitt will break in this year, but think Ashworth could make a big impact imo

Yes ours are there already. A politically correct list naming players from a lot of different clubs. Also the criteria is a bit obscure. How many super-league games would a player need to have played before being seen as a 'established' Super-league player. To my mind I do not consider Savelio has broken through so should defo be on the list.
