    Default Tescos

Just a thought. With the 29% drop in Tescos share value, Buffet kicking them into touch and market predictions they aren't likely to do too well over Christmas do we have any financial tie in with in anyway? Or was everything done and dusted once the ground was built etc?

I do not think we have anything to worry about. They have struggled financially but are still a giant and in reality are still a profitable business albeit not as profitable as before.

To dissect it properly they experienced a real boom between 2005 and 2011 in which they held a massive market share. Although they still continue to do so the likes of Aldi and Lidl have reduced their advantage significantly. Around 2012 their tack changed from investing in new stores to investing to improve the stores they already had, this hasn't had the desired effect and the £250 million overstatement hasn't done wonders for the global reputation. Time will tell I suppose.

None of that makes any sense but if you mean, do our neighbours own us, the answer is NO. We have the same land lord in Langtree, that's it.
