Bold is probably referring to 2 tries that ade should have had if he had been about 2 ft tall or a gymnast.

We were lucky to get the draw, so I can't complain.

Don't you love it when a plan comes together.

Lose to Bradford, so they can beat Salford and Draw against Hull KR.

    Very very cunning.

Absolutely. I just wish I could work out exactly what the plan is!

Defensively he was ok but did not exactly go looking for work. His centre tackled superbly and it was a lesson for Saint's young centres. Considering Wigan's possession near KR's line they did well to hold out. Sad to see the other winger bounce off Sarginson for that last try because up until then he had a solid game. Enjoyed the game but there was some lost possession. Gelling & Bowen had nightmares.

Come on! The dropped passes were all around his ankles (bit like the Charley one that was missed by the officials ) and he had no chance! Horn and Ade kept your flanks quiet except in the first and last minutes! The HIT was a classic, admit it.

I've got to say, I was quite happy with that game, Wigan showed they are very beatable with the right tactics and have now slipped up at the Bulls and Rovers. They can't be very pleased with their form going into the last few games of the season. They have set themselves the target of winning the league Leaders and that could be difficult now if we win at Wakey and go 3 pts clear of them.

I thought the holding down tactics were very negative and Powell was a bit nasty going for the knees all the time in the tackle, think he might get pinged for a cannon ball in the second half too!

    COYS!!

The loss at bradford and draw at kr was decided in the board room during a meeting between Wane, lenagan, elvis, and the man in charge of the aliens in area 51! A man believed to be bold miners was seen near the pie dome with his head wrapped in tin foil worried that there was a conspiracy by saints fans to read his thoughts and twist them to make him look like some sort of nut case.

There were times there were Wigan were holding down for so long I swear they'd fell asleep on top of the ball carrier. I don't know how they got away with it.

Having said that, once HKR saw Wigan were getting away with this they started holding down for longer and longer and by the time the second half come round both teams were doing it about the same. Ref didn't seem bothered.

if both teams don't mind playing that way it doesn't bother me too much. a game with slow ptb's is still faster than a game thats stop start because the refs blowing up every 2 minutes
screaming in the family corner, scaring the kiddies

Fully admit it was a superb hit. Its the other 79 minutes 59 seconds which his coach should be concerned about

Wigan usually do this close to there line. With a pack of our size, I think it would be worth pushing at the scrum if we play them in the play offs and try and catch them out. It's smart play, but poor to be caught out by it.

I'm not sure why Sky were banging on about the Charnley knock on, it was so hard to see, and (I think) several sets before the match drawing try. Wigan were poor for the most part, and certainly wouldn't have deserved it if they won. Gives us 1 more point of breathing space over them though, which could be important.
