Don't always agree with your posts but 100% with this one. I think next year and beyond we will see what Percy and swift are capable of

Percival is a decent player but still very raw. He needs games to develop his awareness in defence especially.

If we were to bring in a Centre it would be more for Turner than Percival for me.

Going to be a great player, but needs to be handled carefully by the coaching team at Wigan etc youngsters are given a rest every now & again so they don't get burned out

Not too sure about that. We are letting Daz Goulding go who IMO is far better at present. Certainly has more experience!

Percival deserves to be played although we are exposed defensively with the wing and centre pairings. All the young backs seem have some defensive flaws which can only improve. However playing another young back like Wheeler at stand off only makes the problem worse. For me we certainly could do with an experienced stand off or centre just to steady things down until more experience is gained. An out and out stand off for me is the key signing.

I am quite happy with his one on one tackling ATM it's just his decision making in defence that needs to be worked on. I also think it is magnified by some poor decisions made by Swift who I think needs more work on his defence than Percival. If he had someone with experience like Francis Meli outside him to give him some guidance I think a lot of his defensive frailties would be ironed out quickly.

(Although it would make him a nervous wreck under the high ball).

Have to agree, Turner going through the motions again yesterday, didn't even make an attempt to contest for Londons last try.

More experience but less talent than others in his position perhaps?

From what I've heard and the player has been totally honest, he is more committed to himself and his career than to the Wigan club. Not sure how a move to HKR squares with that other than probably more money but they are parting as friends!

Yet another thread that ends up discussing Wigan thanks to BM. We can only dream of the day he's banned or bothers to post his drivel on his own teams forum.

Give yourself a slap. The most ridiculous thing a wiganer has said on here in at least a week. Goulding is no better than championship standard.

Bit of a Steady Eddie with absolutely no flair.
Percival needs to work on his defence but he can excite you. Goulding is probably more like Jones than Percival.

Percy seems to be better since he filled out a bit.If he can keep fit he will be a top player.

IMO opinion his defence is improving week on week. Filling out a but will have helped him a lot, let's just hope this development continues.

Latest rumour I've heard is that our ' utility' for next year will be Tommy Lee. Awful I know. I just pray it isn't true. Not checked but I'm pretty sure Lee played for Huddersfield under Brown as well

That rumour started on the Salford forum by a Salford fan. He said he had heard that Lee had been linked with Leeds and Saints. It's a very flimsy rumour I think.
