Penrith v Dogs was a great game. Surprised at how subdued Sowerd was though, I don't think he attacked the line once.

On a side note, Premier Sports are currently re-running the 1989 NRL Grand Final , Balmain v Canberra. A great opportunity to watch an absolute classic, I urge every fan to see this game.

You can buy the same product in a basic bracelet too. It is called Shuzi, it is supposed to create a calmness and relieve stress as well as increase strength and energy. It is basically all in the mind, it is non-invasive, non-chemical so it is only really suspect on the fact that it is worn beneath strapping and could be a safety issue. It is just some sort of mind game by Souths ahead of the grand final, to be taken with the proverbial pinch of salt. Like Maggs said, if it gets another one percent from a player because he thinks he has more energy then good....

Similar thing available in the UK too, called Trion:z.
I've worn one for about 5 years, never take it off, and often get asked "does it work?" The honest answer is "I've no idea!"
I'm heavily into bodybuilding/ powerlifting, and at around 30 quid, it's a punt basically; it's either the best £30 I've ever spent, or I've lost £30, I really don't know.
Seem to recall a few of the Wire team wearing them at one stage, and they are worn by a lot of pro golfers.

Good mind games by McGuire though.

Just realised it's been announced now. Thurston and Hayne joint winners

Graham was prop of the year and S. Burgess was loose forward of the year

Washed up, past it Jamie Lyon (q. bazdev) won centre of the year
