The most telling stat is that in eveey game they've drawn the opposition have kept not scored and Liverpool haven't either or the opposition have scored the same amount of goals as liverpool.

Then lets hope he sends them out to try and win the game, a nice open game would suit City just fine.

If you open an account with Coral, they are offering a City win at 3/1!!

Max £10 bet though. Seems an easy way to make money but I still can't be bothered opening an account with them

Bet Victor offer a £25 free bet if you join and make a £25 bet or more. So I decided to lump £50 on Liverpool at 20-1, for a £1,050 return then threw on the £25 for a £500 return. So, if City cock up then I win £1,550. Admittedly, it'll be like landing on a cushion after jumping out of a tenth floor window, but it's better than landing on concrete.

If you think it's a waste of £50, it isn't. This is City. Nothing is ever done in a straightforward manner and it never will be. The only thing I'm certain of is that we will fall behind at some point, and a first half sending off is definitely worth a flutter on.

Oh, and where have your texts been saying how we are going to win 3-0 or 4-0 this time around, getting angry with me for merely suggesting it might not be over? Maybe now you actually want us to win it, you kind of see it more from my point of view.

To be honest it's been such a strange season, anything could happen. City should do it no problems but this isn't the Utd of old or the 2005 Chelsea under Mourinho. This is City who were seconds away from throwing it away in 2012.

The ex Liverpool factor in Downing, Cole and Carroll worries me slightly as does their form of late but City only need to draw this time. They don't even need a win. With a 12-1 aggregate scoreline from playing West Ham this season, then they should be ok.

I know what you mean about the betting. My Dad bet on City when we started to throw it away and got a good price. I couldn't do it but I understand why people do.

Mascherano linked with a return to Liverpool today, I would be made up with that if I am honest. At 34 Gerrard is definitely coming to the end and someone with more energy in that role will be the ideal scenario as we start to phase Gerrard out

    Mascherano would be excellent.

Lallanna, Caulker, Cole all linked too.

Borini to come back along with another addition up front would be great business I think.

What a weird day today will be. Hoping that we don't qualify for Europe. Watching Kompany lift it won't be nice but so much better than the alternative. If Liverpool won it, you would never hear the end of it. The media would salivate.

Hold your nerve City and then I can go back to hating you again next year

Today is a day of celebration for Spurs fans. Sherwood's last game.

Expect City to win the league.

Have heard that after today, things will move very quickly for Utd in terms of appointing the new manager and new signings.

Expecting to announce Shaw, Kroos and Reus before the WC. Fingers crossed. That's come from a very good source but who knows.

    Default FOOTBALL - 2013/14 Season

Have had a couple of £1 fun bets today on all the PL games.

When you have the options to bet it also gives you the options for doubles, trebles etc. Does that mean that you get a return if any of the 2 or 3 games win out of the 10?

And do you still get the same return if all bets come in?

If u do the doubles u need 2 to win. But it costs as many combinations as there are. So doing doubles on 10 selections is 45 different stakes or 120 trebles.

If you ever need to know how many selections there are, use the chart on the page below

Bet Levy's eyes are flashing with pound signs with Eriksen right now. Even Lennon has made 3 assists in his last two games. Can't believe it !
Seemingly SS didn't have as much faith
