I think that the Liverpool game on the 8th and i am willing to stand corrected, is the lastone for 24 days, if everything and i mean everything, will/ money/ materials, a lot could be done to resolve the problem.

If all of those things where in place they could be starting on the 9th, only the South stand is being used until the second of February.
Both of those games are in the South stand.
The last press release said a further announcement will be made early in the New Year. I would therefore not be expecting any work to be done in the near future. I don't know, but would not not be surprised if the statement was along the lines of this needing to be a significant structural project and therfore can't be done in the season. I suspect this was always the case hence another announcement in the New Year. Hope this isn't so but you just get a sense that this is how it is going to go - let's hope the mild weather continues! Whatever the outcome I suspect Saints have broadly known for a while what needs to happen (or not). Should know soon enough anyway.
I have been to LP today for tickets and there is a lot of activity on the west side, at least three vehicles with raised platforms. I didn't go round to the north side.
There's a friendly on friday and on the 20th for Wilkins testimonial.. All stands are open for both!!
Thats what i said.
Went to the ticket office today to pick my tickets up for the the Hudds friendly and they told me the North Stand will be closed for both games.
I've been told big chunks of the paintwork have been peeling off the roof beams, they are having to be repainted.
I wonder if those involved in construction of Langtre Park were involved in this 'accomlishment':

Nothing is going to get done to the Stadium!!! Just have to live with the fact Saints lied to us!!!!
The cladding will be getting done just not this season so its another season of feeling like your watching a game in Siberia
If its to cold, dark, windy, or wet don't go stay at home.wait till summer n start watching cricket
Not for Saints, i am thinking of all the beer and pies etc that will not be sold.
I wonder when the "adverse weather has prevented us from starting the cladding process" or some variant of that bullshlt gets peddled by the club... The letter 'a' from langtree (tesco side) has been buggered for the last week or so and not fixed...
I wonder when Saints will be truthful with us all that there is in fact no money to do it... And McManus lied to our faces at the forum... I would have thought something would have been measured or some progress made... I drive past a few times a day during work but nothing to date
