It's till that time on Saturday as well. I think Tony has sold it, definitely different people serving when i go passed at 8pm on Saturday night.
I can also recommend the chip barms (£1.20) from the little Chinese in Sherdley Road, even closer to the ground

It was worth it,especially when I witnessed a Hull fan drop his mobile phone in the toilet pee gutters at the Edington End,and yes he did fish out his totally submerged phone, classic !

Can those with the relevant experience comment on whether 6 weeks is enough time to finish the cladding on the ground. This being the time from tomorrows event till Widnes friendly.

No it's been said since JULY (by SMM) that the cladding may or may not be finished by the start of the season, as long as it gets done at some point then thats fine by me.

I was tempted to take some, but opted for safety over stupidity in that wind

I was talking to the man in charge of the "fitting out" you should be able to work out who I am on about, he said its touch and go wether the cladding will be done for the first game, took it he meant the first home game of the season.

Do you think this adverse weather will affect whether the training session will go ahead tomorrow? Just thinking of the damage that could happen to the new pitch.

I shouldnt think so the pitch has been built to a very high spec and is capable of dealing with somethng like 25mm of rain an hour and still be playable

had a look in at the west stand concourse, it runs round into the south stand, so its a big curve, only a small part needs cladding in the northwest corner as a large part of concourse is covered by the silver cladding thats already fitted, dry as bone.
