If you gave that bridge its real name after what it is really there for it would be called Tesco's bridge. Where does the path from the bridge go right into?
Actually the path over the bridge ENDS at Langtree Park , it goes PAST Tesco`s
so Saints Way is correct and a great name I think

yes this is my point of view, LOTS of people have been involved, even back to the meeting at the UGB offices in 2000 when we asked questions about funding, planning, council involvement etc.....
Its a great community coming together, it's dissapointing that 1 or 2 people have attempted to take the limelight at the final hurdle, luckily the winning post is yet to come.
The bridge is not up yet
It might be dissapointing but surely we all expected the politicans to grap this opportunity?
I'm surprised that our rampant socialist MP for St.Helens South and his Butler haven't rocked up, claiming responsibility for everything from the stadium to the amount of "whoops" items in the new stadium.
I know it was Marie, a wonderful achievement in a town of £1 (99p) shops and charity shops and a joint press release couldn't be managed,
Saddo that I am,I am just reading the back page of the reporter millennium edition,we should have a new stadium ready for the 2001 play offs, my how time goes when your having fun,it will cost 11 million, wow.
Good things come to those who wait.
has Mandelson not been yet?.
We should have had a press release when the chair of the meeting with ref to the rail terminal at Parkside was being discussed , he used his casting vote to REJECT the proposal , which could have meant upto 14,000 jobs in our area. How many of these re-employed people would/could have bought season tickets. PS he wasnt one of marie rimmers lot were/are you richard .
