Any chance of posting the Saints response from Facebook?

Some of us have a life and don't use it.

Also, is the chair design meant to be like that regarding the 'Saints' spelling or were the workmen just drunk? That 'A' is comical.

Facebook will be gone on the 5th November so what other outlets will Saints use? Maybe a novelty idea but how about the official site?

All they did was respond to a question that someone asked, all it said was yes it will be all cladded.

Edit: - Love that picture though of the seats, it looks amazing.

In other words they basically didn't say anything apart from what everyone already knows.

So treewizards post was just 'speculative' bollocks. Not by the start of the season...no shat Sherlock, which one?

The 'A' on the seats looks like something from an old Space Invaders game.

how do you expect them to do it, your limited by the amount of seats and its IS like a space invaders game one seat = one pixlel , personally i think it looks superb

In keeping with the earlier mood of this thread:

They have switched lanes in front of the main stand this morning ready to pull up and concrete the second lane in front of it.

The response was, Yes (it will all be cladded) might not be finished for the start of the season as timings are tight.

There was no indication of any major problems/hold ups as many had feared just that it might take a bit longer.

Does that mean they are driving over the area they laid the other week?

The perspective on the webcan doesn't like there is enough room to get down the right.

Had a look at the concrete slab last week with the comments raised over trucks etc. It is only a 150mm depth and looks like a small aggregate and i expect it's fibre mesh which is strong but I would have expected a thicker section for
Hgv load. I'm not a structural engineer however and they would have over engineered so there are no comebacks from errors. The surface looked like it's been planed.

Well it did have to be able to take emergency vehicles, but as WLC has just posted if HGV's from Phillips are using it it has to be capaple, be interesting to see how it is planned when complete.

When you say planed, is that like planing wood, as in shave the surface to make it smooth? Is this done when it's wet or when it's dried? What's the benefit over non planed?

Well I'm happy in the knowledge that my seat is already put in

Yes similar and done with a huge grinder as such or with the finishing tools when it's curing. Doesn't make sense as it would give a bit of a slip finish when wet if smooth. The small aggregate to me is more of a decorative look and given the m2 area it would be cheaper to do. I'm going to have another look later as I'm off this week.
The constant use of 38 ton trucks over the slab makes me think it won't last 5 mins. Is there another way into jkp yard being planned via the main link road.

Yes, its completely open in the back isn't it, that is mainly the unallocated North seating near the Saints fans

Nothing obvious, SaintPeter pointed out there is another access point further up PC lane near the electrical shop but it is completely grown over at present, between the two advertising hordings
